Hello I'm trying to work on setting up the live chat on my wix website, however when I type the code into the wix site no widget appears. I've read some articles and people seem to say that uploading some file works, but not sure what file they are referring to or what we need to do in order to get this widget to show up and work. Any help would be appreciated.
I have a similar problem using the HTML code generator on a Wix site or other websites. When I use the inspect function on the Chrome page and check for errors I see errors like the one below.
Access to fetch at 'https://xxx-nnnnn.3cx.ng:4010/MyPhone/config/LiveChat718935' from origin 'http://examplewebsite.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
Hi @10m When you say HTML code generator, are you following the steps as outlined in this guide to then obtain the code snippet to place on your site? You will need to be running 3CX V18 Update 5 or StartUP.
