I have two issues with the Live Chat integration to WordPress to my website

1. The Live Chat icon works on Chrome. However, on Firefox and Edge the Live Chat icon is greyed out. I cannot click on it.

2. Changes I make to the settings are not replicated on the website. For example, I can click to remove the "Powered by" part, but it remains there. I can click to remove the Agent name, but it stays there. In fact, even though I click save, if I move away from the plugin settings and come back, I can see that the settings did not get saved

Could you help with this please?

Do you have configured on your site any caching mechanism?

From Firefox and Edge do you use the same URL to access the site or different ?

Nevermind, I have found the problem. I had used my local IP address instead of my global IP address for my chat server. Changing this fixed both problems
