Hello,
on our snom base station which is provisioned by 3cx via the "Local Lan Method" we sometimes have the problem, that there is no audio transmitted after the call is accepted.
I have looked into the settings of the base station and found the following entry inside the the configuration
This settings dont match our 3CX Firewall settings and also the RTP port range defined inside the 3cx.
Could this be the potential reason for the problem ?
Firewall Checks on the 3CX are okay and the Basestation is inside the same network of the 3cx.
Our external Firewall is an Opnsense

<rtp_port_start>50004</rtp_port_start>
<rtp_port_end>50043</rtp_port_end>
This settings dont match our 3CX Firewall settings and also the RTP port range defined inside the 3cx.
Port 9000-10999 (inbound, UDP) for RTP - already open if using SIP Trunks.
Could this be the potential reason for the problem ?
