Hello
I have the issue at 2 customer sites : the Yealink phones don't get the firmware upgrade anymore.
They had 3CX server v15.5 installed on Windows and we did upgrade them to v16, everything went OK
But after the upgrade, now the 3CX server shouts in red that Yealink's Firmware 66.83.0.55 needs to be upgrade on all the phones.
(it did not ask under v15.5)
So I select all of the phones, click +Firmware, click OK. It says that the phone will download the Firmware and reboot.
Then I wait... Wait... Wait... forever... 10 minutes... 10 hours... 10 days... nothing happens. Phones do not get the firmware, they do not even reboot.
I try to select only 1 phone and did it again, same behavior.
Force rebooted the phones (through the 3CX console, and they did reboot so it's not a communication issue), but same behavior.
I try on another 3CX server on Windows that we also upgraded from v15.5 to v16, and same behavior.
Can't upgrade the phones anymore :-(
I'm scared I have to reset them one by one (almost 70 phones...)
