Yealink T27G Firmware Update Failed

So I've got a few T27G at a remote customer site that just updated to v16 (Pro 16.0.619) but the phones won't update past 69.83.0.55. I've reset to factory and tried several different flavors of fw including 69.83.0.35, 69.84.0.80, 69.84.0.90, 69.84.0.125 & 69.85.0.5 without any luck. Can someone point me in the right direction?
