Yealink T53 does not appear in Telephone List

Hy, i bought a new Yealink T53
first i put the firmware 96.86.0.18 and THEN the firmware 96.86.0.23
in menu of the phone he show me Firmware Version 96.86.0.23
But when i reboot the phone and i click on "PHONES" in my 3CX no phone appear in the list.
in all videos i saw that when the phone get an IP from the DHCP Server, the 3CX Software recognized the phone automatically.

do you have an idea?

This can depend on a number of things, it will not always appear under "Phones".

• local hosted on Proxmox server

• Trunk Provider: Telekom DE
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES

Unfortunately we do not support proxmox as a hypervisor platform, expect to come across issues including the one you described.

I highly suggest you download our latest Debian ISO and install it on a supported hypervisor
