Hello,

Please see below system details:
  • 3CX Version, Enterprise Annual 16.0.504
  • Server OS, Debian 9
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted on VPS (cloud)
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware Yealink T58A Firmware: 58.83.0.25
  • Provisioning Method: Local / VPN / STUN / SBC: STUN
  • Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model: Asterisk
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO
I've brought the handset to wfh and the phone is showing registered however when making/taking internal/external calls there is no audio whatsoever.

SIP ALG has been disabled on the router and PBX Delivers audio has been ticked and unticked with the same result.

This is the only handset in the network.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can try, thanks!

If you use 3CX application, 3CX web application - do you get audio

On the handset, try doing the echo test , dial *777

Have you typed the correct firmware version in your post - as the latest is 58.83.0.25 (https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/)

3CX app working without issue, 3CX Web client - no audio.

Dialing *777 silence aswell.

Sorry yes, I've typoed the firmware, now corrected. :)

Please reset the phone to factory default, re-provisioning and try again.

Reset, however when now trying to make a call the handset display now shows "Invite request no response" and the call does not connect.

Yes, followed exactly as per the instructions.

If the call is established but there is no audio, you can be pretty sure the audio ports are blocked somewhere

Check what ports you assigned to the phone for SIP and RTP under the extension provisioning tab.

Forward the ports on your office router/firewall to the phone's IP and try again to call *777 to see if you get audio.

Please check if the handset is connected with the right jack on the back of deskphone.
There are two jacks on the back... handset and headset. Use handset.
