Yealking T54W Router phone not provisioning as extension

We have a T54W router phone setup on a site which is also an extension. The SBC is on this phone is showing as up and working fine but the extension for this same phone is showing as offline.

Hi,

Check in 3CX that your remote IP has not been blacklisted.

Make sure you are on version 96.86.0.74, and then factory reset the Yealink.

Wait for it to come up and reprovision automatically and the extension should register.

reboot the phone. Likely the IP changed and the phone needs to pull the new sbc ip.
