ZOHO CRM Integration Issue

Hi,
We have followed all the instructions at https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-crm-integration-zoho/ however we cannot get 3CX to send the data to ZOHO.

Firstly, the screeshots in your instructions are not correct however when we try and progress, we get this error:



The response on 3CX is:



Can you please assist with this.

ZOHO are saying that nothing is being received at their end. I have tried in multiple browsers but no difference.

Hello @Alex Kain,

It seems you're not running the proper version of 3CX. This integration is available in Update 5 or Update 6, and you're running a previous version. I can tell that because I see a "Login" button, and it should be an "Authorize" button instead....

Please update 3CX and try again.

I am currently running version 15.5.10244.4
The only update available on my system is a beta version.
Is there a newer release version available?

15.5.10244.4 is Update 4. We already released Update 5 and Update 6. These are not in beta, they're safe to install, and you should install them to stay up to date.

OK thanks. I am not sure why it did not automatically update as we set it to do so. Also both updates were showing as beta and not release versions and so did not update automatically.
Any reason why they did not update to the release versions?

Where you able to integrate 3CX with Zoho Telephony by any chance ? 3CX is not in Zoho PhoneBridge list ..

3CX doesn't use PhoneBridge for the integration at the moment. You need to follow this guide:
