We’re thrilled to announce a permanent, and completely free performance boost: an extra 2GB of RAM is being added to existing 3CX Hosted 8SC licences.
The standard 3CX Hosted 8SC license was provisioned with 2GB RAM.
Several months ago we had already silently been giving 4GB to some new 3CX Hosted 8SC licenses. Now, our team is preparing the roll out of the extra 2GB of RAM to ALL 3CX Hosted 8SC licenses.
Think of RAM as the immediate workspace for your server. More RAM means future-proofing your 3CX Hosted install; as we continue to add new exciting features, your machine gets ample breathing room to take on these new features without worrying about resource limits.
Getting your upgrade is easy (because WE handle it!) - you don't need to lift a finger to claim this free upgrade.
You should see the increased memory reflected in your control panel within the next few days. There will be no billing changes of any type.
