3CX Forum Primary Communication Channel
As the product evolves, so does the forum. We’ve made several changes to make it easier to navigate. Trial-related discussions are now housed within the Phone System section, while SMB / 4SC Free users now have their own dedicated category, making it easier to ask questions and get relevant responses from the Community as a whole.
Communication on the forum is free and actively facilitated by 3CX staff across multiple teams. All team members right up to top management are encouraged to participate.
In addition to 3CX staff, the forum benefits from a strong group of experienced community contributors. Many of these partners and users have years of hands-on experience deploying 3CX across a wide range of industry verticals and regularly share practical, real-world guidance.
To keep the forum productive and constructive for everyone, we ask members to focus on solutions, technical discussions and practical use cases. For commercial or policy-related concerns, your Account Manager remains the best point of contact.

Introducing the New AI section in the 3CX Forum
Alongside Update 8, we’ve launched a dedicated AI section in the 3CX Forum. This space is designed to centralise discussions around AI-related functionality in 3CX. We encourage partners and customers to use this section to share:
As with all of our Forums, we encourage partners and customers to do their homework and post with enough information and / explanation for other readers to follow and respond easily.
Whether you’re testing features, deploying AI in production, running into limitations, or exploring new ideas, the goal is to keep this forum practical and community-driven.
Private Premier Partner Forum - By Invitation Only
Generally, posts go to the main Forum. However, to post and to see posts in the Premier Partner Forum you need to be a member. The Premier Partner Forum is for high-potential partners and distributors only and replaces the previous Premium Partners Customers. As a private forum - for high-level contributions reviewed by the Management team - access is by invitation-only.
