BLF Key - Status, Call and Pickup

We have just acquired some Yealink T88W touchscreen phones, which are great. Unfortunately, we don't seem to be able to provision them from 3CX as there is no template for the T88W. They stop at the T87W. So we've had to configure the phones manually. I am reluctant to use a template for, say, the T58W or T58A, as the buttons are not all the same and there are more line and soft keys on the T88W screen than there are on the other two models.

I'm trying to configure five BLFs on each phone showing the status of the other five extensions.The button lights up to show the status of the extension and if you press one of these buttons, it calls the relevant extension, and that's what we want. However, we would also like to be able to pick up a call ringing on one of those extensions from any of the other extensions using the same button. The logical thing to do if you see a light flashing is to push that button and hopefully pick up the call, but we do not seem to be able to achieve this.

Is there a way that the button could be made to serve these three purposes of status, call, and pickup?Can I achieve this through provisioning the phone in some way, even though there is not a template, or can I do it through the phone's own GUI?Any assistance would be appreciated.

Use the template for the T87, it should work (same series.)

And BLFs are by-design ready to pick up calls when they flash red (ext is ringing.) User must have pickup right for his department.
