thanks really good job with delivering hotel module features in such a short time!
We did extensive testing and all works perfectly fine. There are two minor things though which are stopping us from upgrading our v14 hotel setups ->
1. missing option for e-mail notification on failed wake up call
- would it be possible to add this feature?
- or alternatively, we can write our own CFD project to handle the e-mail notifications. In that case, our idea is to forward failed wake up call from Wake-up DR into voice app enabled call queue. What we will need to achieve this is that Wake-UP DR sends info on which extension failed to answer the wake up call. Currently, when we forward the failed wake up into voice app enabled queue, the info on which extension failed is not passed
2. Maid status dial codes vs. audio file used to confirm the call
- currently, when maid status code is dialed from room phone, the call is confirmed with prompt "thankyou_goodbye.wav".
- would it be possible to change this on your end and use dedicated audio file located ...3CX\Instance1\Data\Ivr\Prompts\Hotel\ instead?
Reason I'm asking, in our setups, we are muting thankyou_goodbye.wav to avoid this prompt to be played when for example IVR hangs up call after playing prompt.... It would be really good to have option to use dedicated maid prompt same as v14
Other than these two, the hotel module and option to setup wake-ups via web client is really really good!
