3cx Call Log / Passive socket

Hello,
I have to configure 3cx PBX for a project to get all event related calls.
I tried to configure 3CX CDR passive socket. But it only publish log when a call end.
We programming a web application like CRM, and I want to set basically below functions with 3CX:
1. When call income, we type to database it is calling;
2. When call answered, it is answered;
3. When call ended, it is ended and call information;
4. When call not answered, it is not answered etc.
How can we set this on 3CX server side?
As I see, CDR cannot help us for above.

I have a looked at CFD, it has a open socket component which is more interesting me. Can I apply a CFD project to all my 3CX server as default? or should I add it for every extension ?
