Hi Guys,
We have started testing the 3CX Phone System. And I'm facing an issue with our setup.
Here's our setup
  1. 3CX Cloud w/sip trunk (Hosted in Azure)
  2. Local 3CX bridged to our cloud
Tests done:
  1. Called the extensions between the bridge = working
  2. Called Mobile number from cloud extension = working
  3. Called same mobile number from local extension = not working
  4. Bridge a different cloud (test account hosted in google cloud ) 3cx to our local
  5. Google cloud has same sip account with our azure
  6. Called the mobile number from local via test bridge = working
Can someone please explain the issue? I'm already at the dead-end in solving this.

Hi JCubio,

I hope I understood your setup correctly. Could this be related to the fact that you use the same SIP account?

I have a feeling the provider might only allow outgoing calls from the PBX that registered last.

I did try another sip account in each server but I get the same behavior

Update:
I'm having this log when I call outside numbers from local
10/11/2019 2:29:22 AM - Call to T:Line:10001>>16282462222@[Dev:sip:10001@"azure ip":5090] from L:128.1[Extn:123] failed, cause: Cause: 404 Not Found/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5080

What entity made that call? 5090 is usually the tunnel port
