It looks like our system is working fine and there haven't been any reported outages. If you're still experiencing issues, it might be helpful to check your network connection on your end. We're here to help if you need any further assistance!

Experienced the same with hosted service. Also, call quality issue. One of our users started seeing this... signing out and in got past that error.

The web console won't load from multiple different locations, address ending in ca.3cx.us. It just spins and never loads or gives an error, multiple browsers, multiple different offices\ISPs

We are on ca.3cx.us too.

it is loading now, no changes on our end, phone appear to be registering now too. There had to have been an outage

When things restart, please let me know how the audio quality is. We have users experiencing a tiny sound, like hearing someone in a fishbowl.

We haven't experienced any outages on our end, but it seems you might be having trouble on your side
.

Were there any updates performed? The interface is the updated version

We did not perform any updates, and we only push releases to systems running NFRs, Trials and 4SC subscriptions, none of which have received updates, especially not to an alpha release. Was this done by someone with access on your side?

No we did not update, and wouldn't (knowingly) update to an Alpha version either. Is there a log that shows update history?

Report from user just now:
very bad connection from customers and when we try to call out it rings then hangs up after two rings

Rebooted 3CX OS. No change.

Choppy inbound call quality in our tests too, ftr we're on Version 20.0 Update 9 (Build 995 Release - AI 1.4.48), so not the alpha. But can't tell when this version was updated exactly.

We have 1 site out of 4 that are also unable to access our 3cx hosted instance. East coast and central US seem fine, West coast is having issues connecting to the same instance.

You can check the Audit log under the dashboard, yes.

Just to say it, it's always possible there's a backbone/routing problem and not a problem on either end. That could explain why it's location dependent. You can try a traceroute from each site but I don't think the 3CX hosted servers are pingable so it won't complete...the problem site may end early though.

So, instances that can't be accessed from the West Coast can be accessed from the East Coast?

This may be something to look into with your ISP, as again we have no reported outages, only issues with audio and calls, which are not caused by the instances but rather other factors such as the network. Internet connectivity or ISP issue.

If you work with a partner and the systems are paid subscriptions with 8sc and above, you can ask them to open a supported ticket to check.

I'm seeing the same issue across 4 separate West Coast customers, so I don't think this is isolated to one site's network.

Setup breakdown: 1 customer on a Windows SBC, 3 customers on Yealink router/phone setups

Symptoms (consistent across all 4):
  • Desk Phones repeatedly connect and disconnect
  • When a call does go through, audio is choppy or completely missing on one end
  • Phones show "online" status but functionally aren't working right ("do not function" as reported)
What I've already checked/ruled out:
  • All interfaces are accessible
  • Everything is fully up to date (firmware/software)
  • Servers have been rebooted
  • Server resource usage (CPU/RAM) looks normal
  • Softphone connections work, but also show choppy audio quality
Given this is happening across 4 unrelated customer sites at the same time, with a common thread of SBC/Yealink registration, I suspect this may point to something upstream (3CX cloud/licensing infrastructure, or a recent update) rather than individual site network issues.

Has anyone else seen this recently, or is there a known issue affecting SBC tunnel stability? Any guidance on where else to look would be appreciated.

To clarify, these are all hosted systems for the West Coast. Are they all using the same ISP?
