Hi there, we have a 3CX instance hosted in AWS - EC2. Every so often all the extensions go offline. It's easily resolved by rebooting the instance (or sometimes the services). However we don't have a pro-active way of knowing when this happens. Is there a way we can monitor this and get an alert. Something like ">20% of extensions are offline". We are using PRTG as a monitoring solution and it would be great to integrate this somehow. But open to other ideas

Hi @m151-a1,

For the time being we don't have any features for SNMP monitoring. I'd suggest getting this to the Ideas Forum, having another partner post this on your behalf.

It would be straightforward to get a list of extensions and which extensions are registered. Our 3CX Hosted Billing tool does this. Creating a SNMP notification, or email would be simple to add.

Thanks for the Info - I'll check it out

Can you send me the new link or fix the link on your website to check the documentation for the Utility you mentioned? Thanks
