Is it possible to set up 3cx integration with MS teams in UAE? I have been working on it for the past 15 days and facing different errors. Tried multiple scenarios
1. On-prem 3cx
2. Hosted on cloud Azure
But still unable to fix the issue and make it work.
SBC is fine and showing 100% Network effectiveness
Firewall on 3cx is All pass
But still unable to make calls.
Following error getting on SBC.
Not Acceptable Here - InternalDiagCode: CannotSupportAnyMedia/SrtpEncryptionRequired, InternalErrorPhrase: Invalid SDP offer: no media acceptable/Remote participant did not offer required SRTP support
For another client, I have a phone system license as well as a conference license along with a Business premium. Again the SBC is 100% Network effective but still failing with error

With your calling license, you can only call people within your organization. Talk to your IT admin to change your license.
Need help to get this resolved.
