3CX Web Client or Desktop App not creating notifications

Hi - I'm having an issue where the 3CX WebClient nor Desktop app is generating windows notifications for incoming calls. It is happening for multiple people. I have verified each has either web browser or desktop app or both with notifications enabled in their action center. I've reinstalled the desktop app on each. We also tried Edge in addition to Chrome and nothing changed. Not sure what else to try at this point.

There is an option to pop open the dialer but that only works on the desktop app and most people hate it b/c it steals focus from whatever they are typing.

Hi all - I just figured out I have to have PUSH notifications enabled to have Windows notifications popup. I found this thread here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...s-not-working-with-chrome.116383/#post-539193

I guess I don't understand why the desktop app also requires it to create notifications in windows.
