I'm having issues with webclient notifications using Google Chrome, they just don't work. I've enabled them on site settings. I've forced enabled system notifications on chrome and on Windows. They just don't work, I only get sound notifications, which is not always enough.

On Firefox Notifications work as expected when incoming calls come through webclient. I click on the notification and brings focus to the tab where the web client is open.

Our customer is running V18, just installed.

Any Ideas.

It's a fairly obvious one:

They have turned on Focus assist which does precisely this:

NOPE, that does not work either! I've tried that as well, on windows, NOTHING. So that's not the problem. I thought it was a certificate ISSUE, but wen't to another installation and nothing. It's not working, AT ALL. Our Client has 150 users using chrome.

I'm sorry but i need another solution for these. If any of you have some idea. Please, do tell. CRM integration works, and everything else as well, but notifications DON'T. I've tried on many system.

Check whether you have PUSH notifications disabled on your extensions.

Chrome uses PUSH to generate them, and turning it off on an extension will prevent notifications from ever reaching the user.
