Cant wait to see the future of this get adopted even more. Its going to bring a lot of new people to 3CX! Fantastic!
does this mean that it will be possible to make 10 or 20 calls at the same time?- in our hosted mode its 10 or 20 users, not based on SC.
When's the beta coming out? Can't wait for that API.well the API will be public when we launch Update 4
Are you sure the URL had /webclient at the end of it when you tried to login and that you didn't accidentally copy a blank space character?Also, little bug I think: I received the welcome email for the Startup Free I setup for testing. The password in the email didn't work on the Webclient. I had to download the 3cxconfig file and use the AuthPass to successfully login.
I can confirm the URL works. I'll update when I try a new user.Are you sure the URL had /webclient at the end of it when you tried to login and that you didn't accidentally copy a blank space character?
Could you try creating another user on the same system to see if this happens again?
Generally this does not happen.
[EDIT]
You might be on to something, we shall be looking into it.
I believe DID Logic may offer local Turkish numbers.Hello;
It was a very successful experience, but unfortunately there are no "Turkey" or "Generic" settings in the SIP Trunk list. Have you been contacted by our VoIP Provider friends?
I wish you success...
You should be able to place outbound calls provided you setup the SIP Trunk correctly.I'm not seeing that outbound calling is working
Currently you'll need to add a SIP Trunk for both incoming and outgoing calls to work. Just click on "Voice & Chat", add the SIP Provider and then all you need to add is the main Trunk number, Auth ID and password and that's it, you're all set. You can change were you route the calls by editing it and also add additional DIDs with their own routing should you wish to do so.I don't see anyway to configure the inbound number or what may have been automatically assigned
I understood from the blog that this wouldn't be necessary. I was clarifying if that function just wasn't available yet. I don't see in the quick guide what that process should/would look like for having an inbound number, aside from setting up a trunk. Thanks for confirming that SIP trunk setup is currently required.You should be able to place outbound calls provided you setup the SIP Trunk correctly.

Although it says we can install our own servers, the feature list also says the VM platforms aren't supported, so only physical I guess? That is a bummer because all our hosting is in our data center/cloud.Will we be able to install 3CX SartUP on a VM, and through this installation, install multiple instances for different clients
Perfect! Thanks 3CX Team!One large license.... So it should work out better for you i guess..... Depends on type customers but on the whole not a massive difference i would think... But in general its more efficient because most instances would have "unused" sc most of the time....
