activation.3cx.com up or down

trying to activate new liens states activation.3cx.com is not reachable? dns resolves to 151.80.125.88 unable to ping it from different computer, internet connections even tried to ping it from a cloud hosted rougher. if it is down how to contact 3cx? i do not have any tickets available yet new install.

I would assume it's a firewall or DNS issue. Possibly IPv6 enabled on the host. I imagine if the activation server was down there'd be a lot more complaints on the forum by now.

Hi,

If you are still facing issues it is very likely to do with your network configuration or firewall.

Try to bypass everything and connect the PBX directly to the internet as a first step.
