Hi all.

I need help on add phone on 3cx system V15.1

I can't add Yealink Sp860. it's not enable.

help me.

Thanks so much.

I guess you mean CP860 ? These devices were EOL recently so ensure that they are still in the supported list (I believe they are) and that the firmware is current and provisioning file.

Also is this the only device exhibiting the issue ? are other phones working alright ? if not ensure you run the firewall checker if this is a new install - there was an inherent issue where PnP did not work if you did not do this.

Also if you are talking about PnP ensure you are within the same subnet as the PBX. If you are not talking about PnP please provide more information.

Hi eddv123

Yes. I mean CP860. this device has support in 3cx and I have Firmware 37.81.0.0
Other devices (desk phone) have similar problems
I want to configure STUN on this device
But when I register the extension, I can't connect to the PBX.

p/s: maybe by my version? Standard Annual.

Hepl me.

Thanks bro.

.

You should upgrade to 15.5 SP6, as 3CX have made some background changes and you could have licensing issues

Under the options tab for extension you need to untick 'Disallow use of extension outside the LAN (Remote extensions using Direct SIP or STUN will be blocked)' else stun connectors will not work.

This settings is for 15.5 SP6, but your current version will have a similar option,

Have you run the firewall checker, and is everthing green.

Make sure that port 5001 has been nat on the firewall to your 3CX server - this is used by the provisioning url.

Also check the blacklist, and delete any entries as your IP address may have been blacklisted.

I'm sure my firmware using version 37.81.0.15 and I've done the steps as instructed but unsuccessful.

How to fix bro?
On a previous post you stated that your are using firmware 37.81.0.0, this is why i suggested you upgrade your firmware to the supported version.
First upgrade the PBX if needed and make sure that you pass the firewall checker. Once that is done see if you can replicate the issue.

Thanks Bro @YiannisH_3CX .

How to change IP tables in 3cx debian bro?

I can change Port 5060 -> 5061?

Please note that you cannot change the PBX sip port after installation. Port 5061 is used for TLS provisioning. If you use the 3CX ISO to install the phone system then these ports will be configured for you.

thanks Bro.

I use the 3CX ISO to install. But an error occurred in the phone configuration system. I can't fix it.
