we recently got control of our own phone system and while my extension login has admin rights it's not the full admin console access and i need to reset or find the current admin password to the 3cx system. I've checked the xml file but when i open it it either won't parse (chrome, IE, edge) or comes up as a series of non readable Chinese style ideograms (word, notepad) so it's no help in looking up the admin password. Is there any way, bearing in mind i have full access to the machine the hosted service is running on (windows 10), to force a password reset for the admin side? The "forgot password" link never comes up and I end up blacklisting my Ip if i keep on trying.
