Answered calls showing as not answered on other extensions.

Hi,
I am running 3CX v18.0 (Build 939) hosted on AWS, with local SBC on a Pi.

I have several ring groups setup.
Depending on the incoming trunk the call goes to a Digital Receptionists, a message plays "dial one to continue".
When one is dialed the call is sent to a ring group.
If the call is unanswered another Digital Receptionists presents choices for leaving a message.
If the call is answered a message shows that the call was not answered.

Not sure why this is happening.

Note, I am using Ring Groups, not Queues.

Thoughts?

Just to clarify, the call is not answered from the Ring Group and is forwarded to another IVR correct?
In this case you receive a missed call for the Ring Group that is expected. In which case you see the message?

The problem is that if the call is answered by a member of the call group, the rest of the group members show unanswered.

I answered the call using my headset by pressing "Answer" on the X6U.
This is the phone the call was answered on

For the Ring Group this is expected. I would suggest that you use a call Queue.
