When retrieving a shared park (BLF configured through 3CX), there is no audio from either side. If the parked call is retrieved, placed on hold, and resumed, the audio is restored. Is anyone else having this issue? I've done a lot of troubleshooting and I can't figure this one out.

In addition to the audio issue, retrieved parks seem to hangup automatically after 45 seconds.

Phone: Yealink T29G (default template)
Firmware: 46.83.0.60 (latest)
3CX Version: 16.0.0.1581 (latest)
SIP Trunk Provider: Flowroute

"Automatically unpark forgotten calls" is not enabled on the 3CX Server.

Does your system pass the firewall test?

@cobaltit System does pass the firewall test. No failures. I am using an SBC.

Are your phones on the latest FW and is your SBC up to date?

Step 3: Upgrading the SBC (Optional)
If you already have the 3CX SBC installed on your Raspberry Pi you can upgrade as follows:
  1. Update the APT repository information with:
    sudo apt-get update
  2. Upgrade the 3CX SBC package with the command:
    sudo apt-get upgrade 3cxsbc

Phones are on the latest firmware. SBC claims to be the newest version (15.5.9414). Has version 16 of the SBC been released yet?

Can you reset two phones using default template and no BLFs - can you replicate then?

Behavior is the same after a factory reset and re-provisioning (default template) of the phone.

Hello @Makelikeapbx

Did you use the default Flowroute template to configure the trunk? You will need to a packet capture to determine what is causing the issue and why the calls drop after 45 seconds. Also make sure that under the trunk settings the options "Supports Re-Invite" and "Support Replaces" are not enabled and that the same settings are enabled under the extension settings.

Thank you! I actually had to do the opposite of what you suggested. I already had "Support Re-Invite" and "Support Replaces" enabled on the Trunk. Disabling these settings on the trunk actually had negative effects.

What I needed to do was disable these settings on all of the extensions, which unfortunately were enabled by default. This means I'll need to remember to disable these when I go to add an extension.

I don't have adequate permissions to post feature requests yet, but I do hope 3CX will have a way to set default settings for all new extensions in the future.

Actually the advise was to disable the trunk settings and leave the extension settings enabled. The settings are needed on the extensions to perform various operations so i would not recommend leaving the off. The default template for Flowroute has those options disabled and all tests were done with the options disabled.
What negative effects did you experience?

DTMF tones were not detected properly.

What operations are these needed for? Since I disabled them, most functions seem to work more reliably, namely call transfers and shared parking.
