Auto Switch Missing?

My 3CX latest version does not have auto switch on user profiles? See below screenshot. How can i set up auto switch?

As of V18 Update 4 it has been relocated to the web client or Desktop App of the extension.
After logging into the web client or a provisioned Desktop App you may find it under Settings > Status.

So how does the admin change all the extensions in bulk? You cant rely on users to be changing this for a new setup

A way for this will come in Update 5 or 6.

I agree, I have a customer who needs this and expected it and they have no plans to use the web client or desktop app

Hello, status scheduler in user editor (to update user's custom office hours by administrator) will be added to Webclient in Update 5.

This response does not address the issue.
The issue is: How does an administrator manage MULTIPLE extension schedules, Dummy (for routing purposes) or otherwise. The response cannot possibly be to send a welcome email to the self as that is woefully insecure on top of inconvenient.

In fairness, it does - partially.
Update 5, just released to BETA, allows me - as an admin extension, to adjust users schedules.

The interface is clunky right now, but certainly easier to manage than the current management GUI (multiple clicks between users, forwarding, select etc.

We just need to have the full features in the current GUI, in the new GUI.

As we have pointed out time and time again - You can centrally manage this setting from the Admin gear icon in the webclient in update 5 and beyond. You can check out the beta. You need to have system administrator rights to get access to this. Read the blog post

Yes, 3CX direction is to put more and more system admin into the webclient. It really makes no difference where it goes, rather then having two web portals (one mgmnt console and one webclient) for the 3CX system there will be one. The webclient is based on newer technologies and it simply saves resources to have one web portal as well as allows for more granular security configuration.
