Solved AX83H - KEY TONE RE-ENABLED AFTER PROVISIONNING

Hi everyone,

We're testing the new Wi-Fi Phone from Yealink : AX83H
Currently, we're experiencing a behavior that we don't like and that will bother our potential future customers:

When you disable key tones directly on the phone and then re-provision it from the 3CX admin console, the phone automatically re-enables the key tones.

Do you know if this behavior will be changed?

you can make a custom template and edit this setting to 0:
features.key_tone = 0

Hi Arthur,

Yes, this was very annoying indeed with these models.

Starting from V20 Update 9, this tone will no longer be re-enabled if you decide to turn it off.
