Backup Files Inclusion

Hi,

Hope you guys are well. I'm just wondering if you have a list of things that are included in the backup file aside from what is mentioned in the tool itself. Currently, what we know is:
- License Key Information, FQDN & Conference
- Custom Templates, Logos, Firmwares and Faxes
- Voicemails
- Recordings

We are planning to migrate some servers via the Backup and restore feature however, we're trying to check what will be the limitation of the backup file.
Upon testing, it seems Contacts isn't included upon restoring the file. Any inputs are greatly appreciated.

Hi @Gilroy,

Contacts are in fact included, both company contacts and the personal contacts. You can test this by creating one on each, making the backup, deleting them and restoring the backup.
