Beta Version 3.0.2295.0 - Backup rule doesn't work

Installed the beta version (Version3.0.2295.0)
as upgrade from last.

Configured for every prefix the outbound rules with a backup rule
for Patton Smartnode ISDN (verified);
turning off the internet , the calls are not routed to backup rule
(Patton im my situation) !!

Any tips ??

The upgrade didn't give me any error.

I tried to reinstall the upgrade of beta version a second time and still backup rule don't work.

Sincerely I don't know where I can have failed in the configuration
of the rules: it appears so "basic".
