Bing text to speech

We used to convert our text to speech using Bing for free for the IVR. I no longer see that option with Microsoft. Just wondering what text to speech do you use for your business.

Hi,

Please note that Microsoft is retiring that service so we are migrating to Google. For the time being if you already have a Microsoft Subscription Key you will still be to use it with V15.5 SP6 until Microsoft takes down the service in October 2019.

Our upcoming PBX V16 will support the Google Cloud Speech to Text

Hi thanks for your reply. I know that part, my question is regarding creating your voice prompts for the IVR, what you are referring is to transcribing.

We don't, we use paid services for our IVR prompts but you can try Amazon Polly

Sorry I meant paid human services (voice over). Amazon Polly is probably the best option now for TTS as far as quality and pricing.
