BLF not showing on the PWA

Hello everyone

For some reason the BLF panel is not showing in the PWA app or webclient.
Is there a configuration on seting that should be done for the panel appear ?

Hi,

You may be running a version of 3CX that came before the feature was introduced.

Install V18 Update 7A and it should appear.

The 7.312 does not allow this feature?

Nope - this is the previous version that does not yet have the feature.

You will have to update to .424 and immediately after that you can install .441 to be on the latest version.
