We use the Bria softphone because we can select an outbound callerID.
- This is only happening to one extension.
- When I log in the extension from Bria is create two softphone instances under "Phones" http://prntscr.com/l0xdk3
- When I close Bria one of the two instances is removed
- When a call comes is it like two inbound phone calls
- When the call ends it doesn't make the extension available again (like it never hangs up the call)
- We are using the hosted version
- I've deleted and created a new extension for the user with a new extension number and the same results are occuring.
