Currently, when a queue (under advanced) is set to “Call back offered” at the timeout set 3CX does not offer the callback to the caller.
Instead, after the timeout, the PBX immediately plays:
In reality the caller never requested anything, and the system does not give them a choice.
This effectively turns the feature into a forced callback, not a callback offer.
Any chance to update the queue callback behavior so that callers are offered the option via a system prompt, for example:

Only if the caller presses the key, the PBX should request/confirm a number and remove them from the queue.“Press 2 to receive a callback instead of waiting on hold.”
