Solved Call queues "continue to hold or press x to leave a message"

Just looking through the call queue settings. I may be missing it but is there an option for allowing callers to be given the option for an announcement and functionality of "continue to hold or press x to leave a voicemail"

How would 3cx know that the caller has pressed a key, and how will 3cx know where to transfer the call to?

We have the * button as an option to trigger the Destination if no answer, which could be a voicemail, or any of the following destinations



In the queues there is also the option to press 2 for a callback, and 3 to enable or disable recording of the queue call.
