Everything I find on call recording, drive space used, etc, references in house 3CX systems. If my system is hosted with 3CX, can I point recordings to save to an internal iSCSI target? If not, how much space do I get on the hosted server, and what options do I have for saving the recorded call data off elsewhere?

Hi, regarding your question, There are no options for iscsi but the are many remote archive options available to archive your call recording to.

See the guide related to the storage space for available 3CX hosted instances: https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/hosted-info/

I’m this guide you will find information on the remote archive locations: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/call-recording/#h.regwb5464gsv

And not forgetting the SharePoint option that is available with the 365 integration: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sharepoint/
