Caller keeps trying in queue

We are encountering an issue where, after a call is answered in the queue, his phone keeps ringing, even though the call has already been answered by another extention on the queue.

It's already been tried to delete the user and set everything up again from scratch – he is using the 3CX app on his phone. -> He needs to answer the call for it to stop ringing on his phone.

This would mean the device is not receiving the request to stop ringing. Now this could be anything from network, to a mobile related issue.

This would be best to go to Technical support to troubleshoot to see why this is happening, as they would require logs to analyse.

Thanks! Going onto mobile network worked well, just did a packet capture and will send a ticket to troubleshooting.
