Calls from 3CX through Yealink GSM gateway to Mobile Phone

Hi! I have got an issue, so i can not reply to a missed call from granstream DP750 to the GSM, the IP phone doesn't get what is "+" in +994 country code. I have added outbound settings but for missed calls i still can't call back.

You need to configure E.164 on 3CX. It will convert the + to the proper prefix, to be used by the outbound rules. You may need to add additional outbound rules to accommodate, and perhaps strip the prefix, depending on your providers dialling requirements.

You could try adjust your outbound rules to the format of the number sent by the IP Phone. Check the activity log of the PBX for the Invite from the phone. You should see the number format used.
