calls without the "0" in front of the number Greece

Hello there from Greece,
do you know if there is any way to disable/remove the '0' prefix on outbound outgoing calls? let say if i want to call to 2105678901 number, normally i dial it use 02105678901. I want to dial without prefix so i can use my phone contact, or redial from recent call log. So the number will be that one 2105678901.

I tried days now to make it work but i couldn't.

Are you using an outbound rule with a prefix?
If so remove the prefix and set to allow calls for the extension or range of extensions to make the call from this outbound rule. Note that if there are multiple outbound rules, set this specific to the highest priority.
