We have all yealink phones at our office, but we have cisco IP phones at another location that is going to be moving into our building. Is it possible to mix manufacturers? The issue I am seeing is the provisioning link is different for Yealink and cisco and i believe you can only have one of them on the DHCP option 66.

Thanks!

Yes you can have any number of different manufacturer's phones on the same 3CX instance. The issue you mention isn't really an issue. The recommended/preferred provisioning method for Yealink phones is PnP. If you must use Option 66 many DHCP servers will let you scope your options based on MAC address.

Hello @Logan Nordly

As mentioned there is no issue having phones from different manufactures on the same PBX. You can provision Yealink phones using PnP and Cisco phones using Option 66.
