Check:

- codecs
- firewall Make sure ports are open
- Set extension to be external

With they is that an extension on the PBX or is it an external number?

Bit more info,

(funny enough I get a lot of mails about this at the moment).

Hi,

checklist complete, ports 9000-9003 open, extension is on PBX not external but still no voice going through only incoming?

Any ideas.

Regards
Simon

Check if STUN is configured properly and actually working :).

Thanks

Marcin

STUN works properly, because incoming audio works. There can be issues related to VoIP provider "features" or network (VoIP provider) problems on the other side of call.

It is difficult to find a reason without any information...

Upgrade your software. New version is available since Sunday :)
192.168.1.14:5004 - is local address that cannot be reachable from your network. Configure remote party correctly ;)

----
"IP of PC running 3cx 192.168.1.25" information is not correct, because of "...,localAddr=169.254.2.2:7022"

If your GXP-2000 and your PBX at same LAN. Please try to diable the STUN at GXP-2000. Where the option at account X. At NAT Traversal (STUN) select No. Then click Update => reboot.

See it works or not.

We have few GXP-2000 at LAN or over NAT are work fine.
Our FW version: Program 1.1.1.14 Bootloader 1.1.1.5

Just enter a fake address in the default STUN address field so the PBX cannot register a default STUN then it works.
