Cannot send welcome email to users

Hi folks, I have a 3CX instance and I am having trouble sending welcome email to users (extensions)
I can send welcome email to my extension which has admin permissions.
SMTP Testing works fine.

Any idea what am I missing here?

Please note that when creating new extensions with email addresses, the mailbox is ready to receive emails.

When creating extensions, a welcome email is sent to the specified email address using the 3cx SMTP server. The address is blocked indefinitely if the email can not be received and bounces.

Please open a ticket with us at 3cx technical support through your portal.3cx.com so that we can check the addresses for you.
