First of all, thank you for putting up with this noob. I am excited to become certified in this program. Im just waiting for a slowdown at this this place to really dig in. That said, I cant find anything like this yet.

I recently reinstalled 3cx. I had it calling out using our sip trunk through 3cx earlier this week. It seems that as soon as our number ported Wednesday night, we couldn't call out. When we try, we get an error message that says "Not Found". I added the number that transferred in to my DID list but it isnt helping. Im in contact with Callcentric about this, but its email only and Im having trouble understanding what exactly they need. They have asked for the verbose log, attached and found that something is adding the port number to outgoing calls. This happens no matter if I use the windows soft phone or the android soft phone. In the most recent request, Callcentric is asking for a screenshot of the configuration for the soft phone. Ive asked for clarification twice and Im hoping to get it soon. Im not entirely sure what could be causing this. Ive tried providing screenshots of my rules, but I cant get enough detail in the screenshots. They come out very low rez because I have to zoom out so far.

Within the Contact and From something is adding the port portion :)5060).

You need Calls to Numbers with a length of 10 or however many digits you dial in your outbound rule to make a call

Im sorry, I needed to edit the OP. I added that the error we get is "Not Found. Setting the amount of digits isnt in their instructions, so I left it blank. Do I need to change that?

I do not have the added rule for 9 to exit the network either, and I have the system prepending the 1 that callcentric needs to dial out. I tested using their test number and my cell phone, giving me the same result.
917771234567: not found
17771234567: not found
7771234567: Not found

if you dial 7771234567 10 digits and your provider needs the 1, then Calls to Numbers with a length of 10 and Prepend 1, or look at 11

Interesting that it was missing. That was the solution. Thank you so much. Ill let callcentric know and maybe to update their instructions.

I wish I could tip you. LOL/

Not sure if you saw this:

Configure your US SIP Trunk Provider Callcentric with 3CX

It doesn't specifically address outbound rules, but it does say in several places that national format (11 digits) is required in general when working with them.

Hopefully things go smoothly with CallCentric going forward. I'm surprised they only do email support. Phones are pretty critical to only have emails support.

You know, I remember seeing that the first time I set this up, but the 2nd I just followed up their instructions. So that's the breakdown. I did suggest they include that bit.

Thank you so much!
