Hi everyone,
A client brought up a feature that would be very useful for mobile users.
The goal is to automatically set the status to "Available" and stay connected to the queues when on the company's Wi-Fi. When switching to 4G, the status should change to "Custom Status 1," indicating that the user is on the move, and disconnect them from the queues.
This way, they will no longer receive customer calls but will remain available for their colleagues.
