Ok, different phone, different problem.
I am now trying to provision a CISCO 502G via the web interface.
Following these instructions:

I have incrementally upgraded the phones firmware from 7.4 to 7.6.1 successfully,
But when i use the URL builder and push the provision file it says in progress and then Download Failed.
What am I missing?
