Hi All. Apologies if this has been answered already.
Is it possible, to make telephone numbers that are added to a live chat window in the web client, clickable (click to call) to then initiate a call through 3CX?
We have a lot of instances where people add their mobile numbers to the live chat window, that would be handy if an agent could just click it to initiate a call to that number.
We've had instances where people would rather not talk through their computers.
Not sure if this is possible?
