Is there an easy way to synchronize contacts from an external application or database (MySQL/MSSQL/...) directly with the 3CX phonebook?
Currently, we use ODBC to import contacts. The problem is that if a contact gets updated in our CRM, it remains unchanged in the 3CX phonebook and we need to update it manually there.
Another problem is that when a contact is created in our CRM, it is only added in the 3CX phonebook upon the second inbound call from that number.
I know we can use click2call for outbound calls to contacts who do not exist yet in the 3CX phonebook, but it is much more user-friendly when the phonebook is in sync.
It would be nice if we could sync daily or weekly.
