CRM Server-Side in version 18

Hello,

I want to upgrade my V16 3CX with Pro license to V18, so I created another free account and downloaded V18 to test in a VM just to make sure everything I use today will work just fine in the new V18. I use the CRM Server-Side integration created via template and in V18 I only have Client-Side (Legacy) Integration.
Is this because of my free license? Or V18 doesn't have Server-Side anymore even in the Pro license?

The Pro license does have server-side integration but not the Standard. It's always been like that.

You will need to either use the free upgrade or get a PoC to test your template.

Note that many changes were done in v18 regarding the CRM XML template so you'll wanna make sure to review the docs and adjust your template accordingly.

Otherwise, both XML schema and the main doc for custom integrations have been updated with all the new variables available in each scenarios.
