Crossrealms, 3CX Splunk APP

Hi wondering if anyone has experience using the Crossrealms 3CX Splunk APP, we are looking at using this product for more in-depth reporting and possible Realtime reporting

Wanting to know general thoughts and how it went?

My general thoughts is there aren't many people using it so I'm not sure you're going to get any responses in here. The app page shows this:



I'm not sure what more people can answer than what is already on the app page. The page already describes what data it collects so it's probably best if you just install it and see if it does what you want it to do. What specifically are you trying to monitor for?

If you need help with the App or wanting us to make changes, feel free to reach out to me or anyone on the CrossRealms side. We currently have 3 Splunk developers on staff because all our 3CX clients require extensive reporting which Splunk offers and we are adding workforce optimization and workforce management through the same App at a later date
