Hi.
Our company just switched to your webclient.

We had CTI for a long while and were happy with it.
No we are miss 3 major-things.

1. Scale of the window.
The active Window is far to big. Please let it scale smaller.

Please look at this screen.
What would you prefer to work with?
The most urgent update!!!


2. Makeln or Umleiten should be possible straight on the People-View.
Why do i have to typ the name of the people i want to give to call further when i already can see it on the People-view.
Why so complicated when it would be so easily?!
Would make it a lot easier to work with 3cx.


3. After a call the window with the dialer is still open.
Why is it not closing automaticaly after finishing the phone-call?
We don't know.
Do you?
I asked you support. Its not possible to configure.
Would be great to configure it in the settings. At least.

You know you can still use the legacy Windows client which still works perfectly and does what you want?

As @ConceptsWeb mentioned, the Windows Client hasn't been deprecated. You can download and install it here: https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/3CXPhoneforWindows16.msi

Note that you'll need the config file that is sent with the Welcome Email when you had your extension created. Ask your 3CX Admin to set this up for you to test.

Hi.
i just asked my admins and they told me about the support which has ended and that we will not beat a dead horse.

So, i hope and have to wait until 3cx hear my pleading for the desired functions and features.
